Yasir returns to Wolverhampton

Yasir chases a 16th career win and 6th course win when he runs in the Wolverhampton 8.20 on Saturday night with Luke Morris aboard. He is 1lb lower than his last winning mark and has been running well recently and should a give account as long as he doesn't get too far back if slowly away as usual.

Clondaw Cian finishes 2nd at Auteuil

Another good raid to France on Tuesday as Clondaw Cian finishes 2nd at 11/2 under Connor Brace. He is pictured in the paddock before the race. On the same card, Man Of Plenty finished 9th at 28/1. He is pictured below in the paddock. Below is a picture of the beautiful Auteuil course.      

Two runners at Auteil on Tuesday

We make another venture to France on Tuesday when Man Of Plenty and Clondaw Cian both run at Auteil with Connor Brace aboard both. First to run is Man Of Plenty in the 1.42 which is a 2m 3f 85yd Hurdle and this will be followed by Clondaw Cian in the 2.52 which is a 2m 3f 85yd Handicap Hurdle. Next entries are on Monday and schooling in Lambourn

Our next entries are on Monday 16 September when Garo De Juilley and Meagher's Flag are entered in the 2.20 and 4.20 races respectively. We took Chestnut Pete and Stephanie Sunshine {pictured below} to Lambourn on Friday for some schooling with Paddy Brennan in the saddle.  

Vaniteux wins in France

We had another very successful trip to France on 12 September with Vaniteux {pictured} winning a 32,000 euro Handicap Chase at Compiegne at 7/1 and Appleandpierres finishing 4th on the same card. Both ridden by Cieran Gethings. At Doncaster, Mujassam finished 9th at 33/1 under Becky Smith in the Lady Riders' Handicap..  

Another trip across the channel

We have two runners in France on Thursday. Applesandpierres and Vaniteaux run in the Compiegne 2.05 and 2.35 races respectively with Cieran Gethings aboard both. We also have Mujassam in the Doncaster 4.20 with Becky Smith taking the ride in this Lady Riders' Handicap over 6f 2yds.

All three runners just miss out on the places

Our three runners on 9 September, all ran well but just missed out on the places. Gustave Aitch fared best when 5th at Wolverhampton under Liam Keniry. Our two runners at Newton Abbot, Lil Lazarus and Midnight Gem both finished 6th.

Busy Monday ahead

We have three runners on Monday, two over the jumps at Newton Abbot and one on the all weather at Wolverhampton. In the Newton Abbot 3.00 Midnight Gem aims to get another over fences, having won at Southwell two runs ago and should go well whilst in the concluding race on the card at 5.05, Lil Lazarus makes his handicap debut and should be more [...]
