Garo De Juilley runs on final day of Festival

We have our third runner at the Cheltenham Festival on Friday when Garo De Juilley runs in the final race on Friday, the Martin Pipe Conditional Jockeys' Handicap Hurdle with Sean Houlihan aboard. It's competitive as you would expect but he would have placed claims on his very best form and should run well.

Man of Plenty is unplaced at Cheltenham

It looked a tall order for Man of Plenty at the Festival on 14 March and so it proved as he finished 16th at 200/1 unde J J Burke but it was still a respectable run in a Grade 1 contest and he deserved his day in the limelight at the home of jumps racing.

Man Of Plenty runs in the Stayers' Hurdle

Another big day for the yard as Man Of Plenty {pictured} runs in the Stayers' Hurdle at Cheltenham at 3.30 with J J Burke. He is the outsider of the field but deserves his day in the limelight. He has been a credit for the yard and also gives his all and he should run well. 

Clondaw Clan runs a cracker to finish 4th at 125/1

Clondaw Clan gave Damien Skehan a superb ride when finishing 4th at 125/1 at the Cheltenham Festive on 12 March 2019, staying on well up the hill to get in the places. He is pictured below returning after the race.   Lysander Belle raced in rear early on and couldn't get to the leaders late on at Wolverhampton in the evening.

Clondaw Clan runs on the opening day of Festival

The Cheltenham Festival 2019 finally arrives on Tuesday and we have Clondaw Clan running for the yard on the final race on the card, the National Hunt Challenge Cup for Amateur Riders. Cheltenham visit on Sunday for Jetstream Jack and General Bux

We went to Cheltenham on Sunday to give Jetstream Jack and General Bux the opportunity to sample the cross country course and a couple of pictures from the visit are below.  

Yasir finishes 3rd over hurdles on Sunday

Yasir reverted to hurdles on 10 March 2019 when he ran at Warwick in a 2m Handicap Hurdle for Conditional/Amateur Riders' with Ben Godfrey aboard and he ran another good race when 3rd at 10/1.

Vincent's Forever is pulled up at Catterick

Vincent's Forever {33/1} was pulled up at Catterick on 6 March 2019 racing in rear early on and making a mistake at the fourth flight. He was behind from 3 out and jockey Cieran Gethings wisely pulled him up before two ot when his chance had gone.
