Two runners at Cartmel on Saturday

We have two runners at Cartmel on Saturday 26 May 2018. Applesandpierres runs in the 2.20 race which is a 2m 1f 46yd Handicap Hurdle with Sean Houlihan aboard wth Hazamar going in the 4.35 which is a 2m 6f 51yd Handicap Hurdle with Paddy Brennan in the saddle. Both would have each way claims.

Entries on Saturday and Monday

We have two entries at Cartmel on Saturday, Applesandpierres in the 2.40 and Hazamar in the 5.35 on what is sure to be a meeting with a massive crowd. Tamarillo Grove is 3rd at Towcester

Tamarillo Grove returns to action at Towcester on 21 May and finished an excellent 3rd at 15/2 under James Best. He raced in touch throughout and stayed on well to be only 3 lengths off the first two.

Tamarillo Grove {pictured} runs in the Towcester 3.25 on Monday which is a 1m 7f 157yd Handicap Hurdle with James Best taking the ride. Despite the small field of five, it looks a competitive heat. He goes into the race on the back of a good run at Southwell last time out and would have place claims.

Buanorotti Lad finishes 6th at Bangor-on-Dee

Buanarotti Lad finished 6th at Bangor on Dee on 19 May 2018 ridden by Jonathan Burke. He made ground after three out but was checked in his run and was unable to get to the leaders afterwards.

Buonarotti Lad runs at Bangor-on-Dee on Saturday

We have one runner on Saturday with Buonarotti Lad running in the Bangor-on-Dee 2.50 which is a 2m 145yd Handicap Hurdle with J J Burke taking the ride. He ran well at the Punchetown Festival on his first run for the yard when 7th and should have come on for the run and looks to have place claims and should go well. 

Wahaab is 8th at Chepstow

Wahaab finished 8th at 14/1 at Chepstow on 15 May 2018 under Trevor Whelan on his return to action. Trevor Whelan was a late jockey change following Timmy Murphy's decision to retire after winning the previous race. Wahaab is pictured below.
